KVP PROJECT BY INDUSTRIE-UND HAMMBERLAR GIESSEN FRIEBERG For Business Membership Organization
A five-day “Train the Trainer” program on Basic Business Management held from 11th to 15th, December sponsored by Industrie- und Handelskammer Gießen-Fried-berg (IHK), which was part of the KVP project for Business membership organization (BMO), was successfully conducted for selected members of NACCIMA, LCCI and OGUNCCIMA.
Six (6) members of Naccima Youth Entrepreneurs were part of the training which include the National Coordinator, Engr. Segun Bolaji, South-West Coordinator, Prince Dare Obelawo, Ogun State Coordinator, Prince Ifeoluwa Adesanya, Secretary, Oyo State Chapter, Mr. Olaoluwa Rotimi and two other members from NYE Ogun State.
The program equipped participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver impactful training to BMO members, empowering them to grow and thrive in the business landscape.
We learnt about;
1. Managing a business: How to be a CEO
2. Business Model Thinking and Strategy
3. Operating a thriving business
4. financial planning and accounting
5. Essentials of Marketing and Sales for SMEs
6. Succession planning: Building a business that lasts
At the end of the training, certificate of participation were given to all participants.
Lastly, arrangement is ongoing to transfer what was learnt at the training to our teeming members and other youths across the nook and cranny of Nigeria
