NACCIMA Youth Entreprenuers – ERNE Group Leadership & Skills Initiative (LSI)

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture – Youth Entrepreneurs (NACCIMA NYE), in partnership with the ERNE Group of Companies, is pleased to announce the Leadership & Skills Initiative (LSI).

The LSI program is designed to equip startups, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and public sector professionals with practical leadership, business, technology, and global business skills required to compete and scale in today’s economy.

The training covers key sectors including business development, information technology and artificial intelligence, finance, governance, education, healthcare, agriculture, oil and gas, media, diplomatic business relations, language proficiency, and construction/infrastructure development.

Participants will benefit from hybrid learning sessions (online and physical), access to industry experts, employment opportunities within ERNE Group subsidiaries, exposure to government initiatives, and international business opportunities.

The program offers four training categories:

• LSI Basic Course – for startups and young business owners
• LSI Advanced Course – for entrepreneurs with 2–7 years of experience
• LSI Executive Course – for corporate, government, and political leaders
• Global Executive Course – for leaders exploring international and diplomatic business opportunities
